Solo & Collaborative Music
Rhona-Mae is an active solo and collaborative musician, with over 35 years of performing experience. She has provided live music for weddings, corporate, and private functions. Rhona-Mae has served the music ministry at St. Patrick's Church and St. Francis de Sales Church as a pianist, conductor, vocalist, and cajónist. She is an active accompanist for Madeline Langdon's violin studio in Okotoks.
Virtual Assistant
Rhona-Mae has worked with the Calgary Arts Summer School Association, the Calgary Civic Symphony, and AKF Karate in an administrative and marketing capacity. She is currently the volunteer administrator for Ka Muso Kai.

Freelance Writing & Editing
Rhona-Mae is a freelance writer, specializing in music education and music. She also writes about her passions, including martial arts, dog health, "all things geek", and the bumpy journey to attaining a healthy life-work balance.
She has published credits in several print and online publications, including Synchronicity Magazine, The Iaido Journal, Suite101.com (defunct), Examiner.com, Decoded Parenting, as well as numerous music teaching newsletters. Rhona-Mae's portfolio includes blog posts, feature articles, handbooks, instructional materials, interviews, marketing materials, newsletters, and reviews.
Presentations & Workshops
Rhona-Mae has delivered presentations on teaching with technology and creative practice strategies. She has presented sessions in Alberta and British Columbia, for the Canadian Federation of Music Teachers' Associations (2015), Music Conference Alberta (2014), Olds' Music Teachers' Association (2015), and the Piano Pedagogy Group (2014, 2015).
